What is the ClimateLaunchPad Competition?

The ClimateLaunchpad Competition is an annual global contest that helps green startups develop their ideas through training, mentorship, and investor connections, culminating in national, regional, and global finals where participants pitch their innovations to industry experts.

How it works

Application Submission

To apply for the ClimateLaunchpad Competition, visit their application page. You’ll need to provide details about your green business idea, choose the relevant theme, and submit your application before your country’s deadline.

Bootcamp

The ClimateLaunchpad Boot Camp is a digital training program where selected teams receive comprehensive guidance from ClimateLaunchpad trainers on how to start and grow their green business ideas. This boot camp is the first step in the competition, followed by intensive coaching and national finals.

Coaching & National Final

After the Boot Camp, participants in the ClimateLaunchpad Competition undergo intensive coaching to refine their pitch, value proposition, and business model. This preparation culminates in the National Final, where they pitch their ideas to a national jury.

Regional Final

In this final stage, the top teams from each country come together to pitch their innovative green solutions to regional experts.

To be eligible for the ClimateLaunchpad competition, you must:
• Have a promising cleantech idea.
• Enter in your country of residence.
• Have a business less than two years old.
• Have received less than €200,000 in funding.
• Not have participated with the same idea before.

To apply for the ClimateLaunchpad competition, you’ll need to prepare the following:
